The NBTC Office is a leading international regulatory agency dedicated to developing communication services for the sustainable benefit and well-being of the public and the nation.
Mission
The NBTC Office supports the National Broadcasting and Telecommunications Commission (NBTC) in managing frequency spectrum and satellite orbit usage rights, as well as effectively regulating broadcasting, television, telecommunications, satellite services, and radio communications businesses to maximize benefits for the country and its people. This mission is based on the authority granted by law, including the Frequency Allocation and Regulation of Broadcasting, Television, and Telecommunications Act B.E. 2553 (2010) and its amendments, as well as other related laws.
